1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of Varma Constructions , you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (Terms). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services or access our website.
2. Services Overview
Varma Constructions provides civil construction and contracting services including but not limited to:
- Residential and commercial building construction
- Structural development and renovation
- Site preparation and infrastructure development
- Project management and consulting services
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your project
- Obtain all necessary permits and approvals
- Ensure safe access to the construction site
- Make timely payments as agreed in the contract
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Project Agreements
All construction projects will be governed by a separate written contract that will specify:
- Scope of work and project specifications
- Project timeline and milestones
- Payment schedule and terms
- Warranty information
- Change order procedures
In case of conflict between these Terms and a signed contract, the contract terms will prevail.
5. Payments and Pricing
- All prices are subject to change without notice until a contract is signed
- Payment schedules will be outlined in the project contract
- Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month
- We reserve the right to suspend work for non-payment
6. Changes and Delays
Construction projects may experience delays due to:
- Weather conditions
- Material availability
- Unforeseen site conditions
- Regulatory approvals
- Client-requested changes
We will communicate any significant delays promptly and work to minimize their impact.
7. Warranties
We provide a standard warranty on our workmanship for a period of years from project completion. This warranty will be discussed:
- Covers defects in materials and workmanship
- Does not cover damage from improper maintenance, abuse, or acts of nature
- Requires written notice of any claimed defects
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Varma Constructions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, specifications, and other documents prepared by Varma Constructions remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use these documents solely for the specified project.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice under the conditions specified in the contract. Termination may result in charges for work completed and costs incurred.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first attempt to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to mediation before pursuing legal action.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated Effective Date and will be effective immediately upon posting.
